    We may reinstate the content in accordance with DMCA guidelines if no legal action is taken by the original complainant.

    4. Repeat Infringer Policy

    Users who are found to repeatedly infringe upon others’ copyrights may have their access to Jobiee permanently terminated.

    Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice can result in legal liability. Please ensure that your claims are legitimate and submitted in good faith.
